Our new website

Welcome to our new website.  We have made some changes to the design and layout of the site which should hopefully make it easier for you to view the information we have.  If there is any information you can't find please do get in touch using the contact us page.

Online Shop

We have now completed work on our on-line shop which will make it easier to buy pens and refills.  We can accept payment using credit cards via PayPal and NoChex and also payment by cheque.   To enter the shop click the Pen Shop link at the top of the page.

Events Diary

Our diary page has been updated to show the events we are booked at during 2007.  This page will be updated throughout the year so please keep checking this page to see where we will be this year.

Member of Institute

I became a member of the Institute of Wood Science in 2006.  The Council of the Institute elect members based on their experience minimum of 10 years in the timber industry with at least 3 of these years in a senior position.  Being a member allows me to use the letters MIWSc after my name.  The IWSc aims to promote and encourage a better understanding of timber, wood-based materials and associated timber processes.
