    Care of your Pen

Your pen is made of quality components however, timber is a natural product and will require some care to extend its life and looks.

Try to keep your wooden pen away from extreme temperatures and extremes of wet and dry as the wood can split and shake.

If your pen gets wet, dry with a soft dry cloth as soon as possible. Do not warm to dry.

Do not place your pen on or near a heater or leave it in the sun as the drying effect can cause the timber to split.

To maintain your pen's shine, a polish with a soft cloth should return the lustre. (In extreme cases a small amount of furniture polish applied with a soft cloth should return your pen to a shine.)
