Q. Will my pen be boxed?
A. Rollerball and fountain pens are supplied with a plastic box, ball pens and pencils are supplied with a felt wallet and are inclusive of the price. You can purchase any type of box we supply to go with your pen and the prices are shown on the web page.
Q. Are the refills available at any shop?
A. We stock refills for all of our pens and they can be purchased online. Please see the care of your pen page for further details.
Q. What if I can’t see the exact pen I would like to buy on your shop?
A. Not a problem. Just contact us and let us know exactly what type of pen you would like and we can make it to order for you.
Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your pen we do have a returns policy. However if you have changed your mind there is not a thing you can do about it!
Q. How long would it take to make a pen to order?
A. We do keep all pen kits and most timbers in stock and would normally be able to send you your pen within 1 week of receiving payment. However if there were any problems with stock we would contact you to inform you of any delays.
