Delivery is calculared by the weight of the items that you purchase. This is shown during the checkout routine.
Please note we only deliver to the UK. All orders are delivered via Royal mail. If you choose not to use registered delivery we cannot be held responsible for postal loss.
Should your order not arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price, less packaging and postage within 30 days of original invoicing.

Please enclose the original invoice and indicate whether you require an exchange or refund.
It is the customers responsibility for the return shipping costs unless the return item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
